PAC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to work in a positive work environment with a team of supportive professionals. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Clinical Supervisor serves as a primary resource for the clinical team across all programs at Park Avenue Center by providing program administration and supervision of clinical programs. Responsibilities include implementation, management, and supervision of clinical staff and services, training staff, participation in on-call rotation, and reviewing documentation.
Essential Functions:
+ Implement therapeutic services that align with Park Avenue Center's values and philosophy
+ Support counseling personnel with day-to-day clinical operations
+ Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, coordinating schedules, managing performance, and developing personnel through individualized growth opportunities
+ Manage performance of direct staff by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems.
+ Demonstrate understanding and monitor organizational compliance with all appropriate professional standards, licensing, and certification requirements
+ Provide training of licensed and unlicensed staff that assures quality of client care
+ Provide guidance and serve as a resource for questions or concerns within the facility
+ Work across departments of the agency
+ Maintain regular communication with the Clinical Director to ensure consistent program management
+ May be responsible for the entire agency if the Executive Director and Clinical Director are unavailable, to include the delivery of treatment services, and admitting, transferring, or discharging clients
+ Oversee physical facility safety for staff, clients, and visitors

Required qualifications:
+ Must be a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or meet licensing requirements for qualified staff by other means under MN Statute, Chapter 245G.11
+ Must obtain and maintain required continuing education units and training for continued employment
+ Three or more years' experience providing individual and group counseling to individuals with substance abuse disorders, as required by MN Statute, Chapter 245G and the MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy
+ Must possess a minimum of 12 hours training in clinical and ethical supervision as required by MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy
Benefits:
In-person, full-time M-F days
This wage range is $68,000-$85,000 based on licensure and experience.
