    A Day in the Life

     

    We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Head of Global Education – Makeup & Skincare for IT Cosmetics. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive, 360° omni-channel education strategy that fuels brand growth and amplifies our product portfolio worldwide.

     

    You will bring deep expertise in makeup artistry, instructional design, and consumer behavior to shape and elevate global education initiatives. As a key leader, you will mentor and empower Heads of Education across 37 international markets, ensuring alignment and excellence in execution.

     

    This role is highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver engaging, innovative, and impactful education experiences for educators, consumers, and internal stakeholders across the globe.

    Requirements

    + 8+ years of progressive experience in Global Education, preferably within prestige beauty or cosmetics, with a focus on both skincare and makeup categories.

    + Proven strategic leadership experience in building and executing global education programs that drive brand and business growth.

    + Deep expertise in the skincare industry, with a pulse on innovation, ingredient trends, and consumer behaviors across global markets.

    + Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering high-impact education content across multiple platforms and geographies.

    + Strong global mindset with experience supporting regional/local teams across diverse markets and cultural landscapes.

    + Skilled in omni-channel training, including digital platforms, social education, live events, and retail experiences.

    + Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills—able to simplify complex information and inspire diverse audiences.

    + Strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership abilities; experience working closely with marketing, product development, and commercial teams.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus.

    + Must be a highly organized, results-oriented leader with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

    + Travel required (domestic and international) to support education events, market visits, and global training activations.

    Responsibilities

    As the Head of Global Education for IT Cosmetics, you will lead the development and execution of global education strategies across both the skincare and makeup categories. This pivotal role is responsible for building consumer-centric education programs that inspire advocacy, elevate product knowledge, and drive brand growth worldwide.

     

    As a member of the IT Cosmetics DMI Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping brand strategy, influencing product development, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure education remains at the forefront of the consumer journey.

     

    Global Education Strategy & Curriculum Development

     

    + Lead and execute global education strategies that align with brand vision and business objectives across skincare and makeup.

    + Develop high-impact training materials and content that support core brand pillars, including new product launches, digital education, sales enablement, and channel development.

    + Craft and manage a 360° omni-education roadmap that is consistent, consumer-centric, and scalable across global markets.

     

    New Product Launch Training & Omni-Channel Integration

     

    + Own the development of comprehensive global training programs for all new product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment across digital, in-store, and social channels.

    + Create tailored education assets such as toolkits, e-learning modules, video tutorials, virtual sessions, and presentations that drive product expertise and sell-through.

    + Partner with marketing, product development, go-to-market, and digital teams to ensure launch education supports campaign messaging and enhances consumer experience.

     

    Makeup & Skincare Subject Matter Expertise

     

    + Serve as a trusted authority on skincare and makeup education, combining strong artistry, technical knowledge, and consumer insight.

    + Stay ahead of beauty industry trends to ensure all training materials remain modern, fresh, and relevant.

    + Leverage data and global insights to adapt content and training strategies to meet the evolving needs of markets and consumers.

     

    Curriculum Innovation & Market Customization

     

    + Design innovative, localized education content in collaboration with global marketing, education experts, and regional teams.

    + Develop and maintain curriculum assets including education outlines, training passports, visuals, and digital-first training experiences tailored to regional needs.

    + Continuously assess and improve training programs using KPIs and feedback from global markets to maximize impact and ROI.

     

    Content Maintenance & Education Operations

     

    + Ensure all education materials are accurate, updated, visually engaging, and aligned with IT Cosmetics’ tone and brand identity.

    + Lead the evolution of education platforms, tools, and content ecosystems to support long-term scalability and efficiency.

    + Support marketing initiatives and brand activations by delivering integrated education strategies that inspire both internal and external stakeholders.

     

    Facilitation & Delivery

     

    + Facilitate engaging global training sessions (virtual and in-person) that bring brand storytelling, product knowledge, artistry techniques, and consumer insights to life.

    + Champion omni-education experiences that support a seamless customer journey across in-store, digital, and social channels.

     

    Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment

     

    + Build strong relationships with global, regional, and local teams to ensure consistent delivery and alignment of training programs across all markets.

    + Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, go-to-market, and digital teams to ensure education is embedded in all strategic brand initiatives.

    + Act as a global education ambassador, representing the voice of the consumer and elevating the role of education across the business .

     

    Global Leadership & Team Development

     

    + Inspire, lead, and mentor a global network of education leaders across 37+ markets to deliver best-in-class training programs and elevate team capabilities.

    + Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and excellence within the global education function.

    + Communicate clear expectations, drive accountability, and celebrate high performance.

     

    What We Offer

     

    + Salary Range: $144,800– $200,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan)
