EPAM is looking for an experienced **Senior Change Manager** who has a passion for leading strategic initiatives, supporting account growth, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Responsibilities
+ With your strong background in change and transformation, you will serve as a strategic partner for our clients, collaborating closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure the effective adoption of new processes and technologies. This includes leading the definition, development, and delivery of large-scale change programs in support of client goals
+ Additionally, as a senior member of the Houston Business Consulting team, you will drive and support various internal transformation efforts aimed at growing our practice and helping our employees grow
+ Define, develop, and implement end-to-end change programs in support of client goals
+ Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and organizational readiness assessments
+ Advise senior leaders on change implications and strategies
+ Facilitate org design and role-mapping activities to support process and organizational changes
+ Develop and execute targeted communication plans
+ Build stakeholder action plans, managing engagement across all levels of the organization
+ Facilitate alignment sessions and decision-making workshops
+ Design and deliver training
+ Define strategic capability building programs for long-term change success
+ Track and define KPIs, measuring adoption and mitigating change-related barriers
+ Integrate change activities into project plans and timelines
+ Provide coaching to clients and junior consultants
+ Promote best practices and contribute to internal capability development to grow our people
+ Identify, drive, and help support business development opportunities
Requirements
+ 7+ years experience in strategic change management roles, with at least 4+ years serving in a consulting environment
+ Ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, tailoring messaging accordingly
+ Ability to balance multiple initiatives concurrently and make swift, accurate decisions in a dynamic environment
+ Strong design, facilitation, and program management skills
+ Deep expertise in Organizational Development and/or Change Management principals
+ Proven success building credibility at all levels of the organization
+ Outstanding oral, written, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
+ Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master’s degree preferred
+ Intense curiosity to grow and learn, asking questions and seeking knowledge
