    We’re searching for a Macedonia based Business Systems Analyst to join our Corporate Information Systems team, so that we can maintain and continuously improve our financial systems and processes. The Business Systems Analyst will support and optimize corporate financial systems to ensure scalable, efficient, and effective global financial operations.

    How you’ll spend your time

    + Support daily operations and administration of SAP Analytics Cloud to ensure smooth and reliable financial reporting.

    + Manage and plan system enhancements to continuously improve functionality and user experience.

    + Plan and implement M&A integrations to seamlessly incorporate new entities into our financial ecosystem.

    + Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to understand and fulfill their reporting requirements from consolidation tools.

    + Work closely with other Business Analysts and System Engineers to ensure alignment of core systems like NetSuite and Salesforce.

    + Provide routine and emergency maintenance support for SAC and supporting SQL database tables to ensure system stability and data integrity.

    + Develop a detailed understanding of key end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

    + Review and optimize core business processes to drive continuous improvement in financial systems.

    + Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and system utilization.

    What kind of things we’re most interested in you having

    + Experience working with a consolidation tool, including maintenance, configuration, customization, and administration.

    + Proficiency in SQL to support data extraction from source systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.).

    + Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including bottom-up planning, scenario modeling, allocations, account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation.

    + Significant business analysis experience, including gap analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.

    + Hands-on experience implementing internal controls related to consolidation and financial reporting systems.

    + Ability to interpret business processes and practices and provide advice on improvements.

    + Demonstrated desire and ability to adapt to and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    + A knack for working independently and collaboratively within a global, cross-functional team.

    + Sincere interest in understanding system functionality and educating users on technical concepts in simple terms.

    + Capable of creating user acceptance testing processes and readiness checking.

    + Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build sound business relationships.

    + Strong spoken and written English skills.

    + Willingness to travel as needed.
