    Job Title: Interventional Rad Tech

     

    Pay Rate: $58-$62 Per Hour

     

    Schedule:  3 Months (Possible Extensions).

     

    Shift: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM EST, Weekends required

    Job Duties:

    An interventional radiology technologist will assist interventional radiologists with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that use instruments to treat conditions in the body.

     

    -They are responsible for operating and maintaining specialized imaging equipment, administering contrast dyes, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.

    Required Certifications & Licensure:

    Valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by NYSDOH. (Manager willing to accept out-of-state license if candidate is willing to obtain NY license after offer).

     

    BLS certification issued by the AHA

    Advanced-Level Certification (only need 1) from ARRT to include one of the following:

    -ARRT (CI) - Cardiac Interventional Radiology.

     

    -ARRT (CV) - Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology.

     

    -ARRT (VI) - Vascular Interventional Radiology.

     

    Required Vaccines: Varicella, TDAP, MMR, HEP B

    Required Education:

    High School

     

    Diploma / GED
