Job Description:

**SAP Support Analyst MM, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL.** Analyze user tickets and work with 3rd party providers to resolve the issues as per Operational/Service Level Agreement. Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to build and deliver small enhancements. Assess key integration points across different modules and technical components. Perform thorough testing including regression testing before releasing any solution for final user validation. Identify ADM IT processes in performing all day-to-day activities. Design enhancements following the ADM standard configuration/naming standards and document Functional design documents. Support audit requests by providing technical input. Maintain regulatory compliance and Security standards.

MINIMUM** **REQUIREMENTS** **:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field, and five (5) years of post-Bachelor’s, progressive, related work experience.

Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:

+ S/4HANA;

+ SAP MM module and at least one (1) in SAP module;

+ Leveraging knowledge of SAP solutions such as: Material and vendor master data, sourcing, vendor evaluation, purchase order management supporting direct and indirect procurement, invoice receipt and verification, payment runs / accounts payable, and tax integration, VIM, and OCR;

+ Full-lifecycle SAP implementation;

+ Working in an agile environment.

Must have three (3) years of experience in a support analyst role in a medium/large organization.

Must have experience with 24x7 support covering all time zones, working with multi-cultural support teams spread across different geographies.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
