    In this role, you will report directly to our client, J.P. Morgan, where you will be expected to embody genuine hospitality and deliver the J.P. Morgan Private Bank experience.     Your Role:

    As a Hospitality Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us deliver outstanding service and hospitality. We look forward to working with you to make every visitor's experience exceptional.

    Job Responsibilities

    Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs

     

    Book reservations and coordinate registration

     

    Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions

     

    Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed

     

    Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

     

    Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

    Qualifications

    + Knowledge of catering and event setup.

    + 2-3 years of hospitality experience.

    + Banquet experience recommended.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Outgoing, professional, and able to work under pressure.
