CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

+ Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards to visualize key network KPIs, alerts, and AI-powered insights

+ Assist in Cisco ThousandEyes configuration, including endpoint agents, network probes, and custom test setup

+ Work alongside senior engineers to support network analytics and monitoring automation use cases

+ Contribute to AIOps initiatives that use telemetry and ML models to predict and prevent disruptions

+ Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base and runbooks

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field

+ Strong interest in network management, observability platforms, and data visualization

+ Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools a plus

+ Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, routing, SNMP, etc.)

+ Some exposure to Python or scripting languages is a plus

+ Eagerness to learn, contribute ideas, and explore new technologies like AI in network ops
