**Schedule:** Part-Time (16 Hours, every other Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun | 12a - 8a)

What You’ll Do:
+ Lead and support nursing staff across the facility during assigned shifts
+ Serve as the clinical and administrative point person for residents, families, and staff
+ Respond to emergencies and escalate issues appropriately
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
+ Monitor staffing levels and adjust assignments as needed
What We’re Looking For:
+ Education -Graduateof anaccreditedschoolofnursing.
+ Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
+ Three years in Clinical practice, with one year in long-term care required.
+ Acute care and supervisory experience preferred.
+ Computer literacy strongly preferred.
+ CPR certification.
