In this role you will play a critical role in processing participants reimbursement claims and delivering exceptional service to members and stakeholders. You will review and analyze claim forms and supporting documentation for compliance, accuracy, and eligibility; respond to inquiries; and help resolve participant concerns ranging from simple to complex.
Minimum Qualifications
Please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in each of the areas below:
• Advanced office or administration support work in a health-related office or similar work environment, providing services such as expense reimbursements, invoice reconciliation, or similar forms/claims handling.
• Verbal and written communication skills sufficient to explain procedures, rules and regulations so that others understand them and are provided with clear, accurate information.
• Customer service skills sufficient to answer phones, resolve more complex situations, and respond to inquires.
• Data entry skills sufficient to maintain accurate records.
• Math skills sufficient to review and reconcile reimbursement claims, analyze invoices, and balance daily batches.
• Demonstrated ability of building effective working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong time management skills to organize workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
• Proficient analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems and draw conclusions to data.
