Responsibilities
As our LPN at CHI Lisbon Health Clinic, you will help our patients by providing nursing care to our patients across the continuum under the direction of the physician or registered nurse.
Every day you will work with our patients to evaluate their needs and provide physical or psychosocial care. To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine compassion for your patients’ well-being and understand the role you play in helping our patients feel at ease. You also have the patience to explain the process, answer questions and update documentation.
This position will support our Family Practice Clinic with one physician and one APP. Applicants must be willing to be flexible and jump in as needed. It is also important to display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively educate patients and their families on the in-home healthcare process.

+ Monitoring patients’ conditions and assessing their needs
+ Collaborating with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
+ Administering patients’ medications and providing treatments according to physicians’ orders
+ Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
Qualifications
+ Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of North Dakota.
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred:
+ Clinic experience.

Pay Range
$19.73 - $27.13 /hour
