About The Role:
As a CBRE Debt Advisory and Structured Finance Analyst or Sr. Analyst with the National Senior Housing team, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved at every stage of several high-profile real estate transactions at any given moment.
This job is part of the Debt Advisory & Structured Finance function. They are responsible for debt, financing, and refinancing options for the development, funding, or refinancing of assets.
What You'll Do:
+ Evaluate complex information to prepare various reports, opinions, and loan packages with the oversight of various senior team members.
+ Analyze financial documents, data, and market research to develop executive summaries, debt offer memorandums, and loan submission packages for assessment.
+ Review internal and external collateral materials, proofread content, ensure appropriate branding, and approve materials for distribution.
+ Study, forecast and investigate trends in the commercial mortgage finance industry, specifically within the senior housing and active adult/age-restricted multifamily sectors
+ Produce multifaceted financial models for senior housing real estate transactions.
+ Monitor and catalogue due diligence and manage the financing process from marketing to closing for each transaction.
+ Cultivate and maintain various relationships (internal and external) with third party vendors, internal loan closing and servicing teams, counsel, and any other parties that are instrumental in a successful loan closing process.

+ Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Solid understanding of fundamental real estate finance concepts including market and investment analysis.
+ Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Preferably, candidate will have completed some level of Excel modeling courses during college or otherwise.
