About the Role:
As the Finance Programs Director of Commercial Pricing, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for shaping the pricing strategy behind major client pursuits within CBRE’s A&T Occupier Accounts business, ensuring commercially sound and client-aligned deal structures.
This job is part of the Advisory Operations & Strategy team which partners with senior leadership to implement short- and long-term strategic plans, working across business lines and geographies to drive process & program innovations, execute transformation initiatives and enhance strategic governance.
What You'll Do:
+ Lead a team of pricing professionals and serve as a key strategic partner to pursuit solution leads, account management, business executives and finance leadership.
+ Drive end-to-end pricing strategy and governance for high-value pursuits and renewals, ensuring deal structures are optimized for financial performance, risk mitigation, and client value.
+ Distill complex commercial models, contractual structures, and pricing scenarios into clear, concise recommendations for internal and client-facing decision-making.
+ Act as a coach and thought partner to team members and cross-functional stakeholders, helping translate financial concepts and risks into accessible language for diverse audiences.
+ Challenge assumptions, identify potential risks early, and proactively propose alternative pricing and commercial approaches as part of the deal strategy.
+ Oversee the preparation of pricing exhibits, governance materials, and executive presentations, maintaining a high bar for quality, clarity, and alignment.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leading cross-functional projects to enhance pricing tools, data structures, processes, and commercial insights.
+ Ensure accuracy and compliance in pricing data across Salesforce, CRM platforms, and MSA repositories, working with business operations and legal to uphold governance standards.
+ Provide mentorship and professional development for team members while building a collaborative, supportive, and resilient team culture which delivers best-in-class financial modeling and pricing support.
+ Navigate a dynamic stakeholder environment with professionalism, adaptability, and a team-first mindset, balancing input from multiple senior voices while advancing shared goals.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ Ability to exchange sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.
+ Expert math skills. Ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Finance Programs Director position is $140,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Finance Programs Director position is $170,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
