    Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a **Associate Supply Chain Specialist** to support the KC-46 Order Management Team based out of **Dallas, TX** .

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Engages stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.

    + Optimizes execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.

    + Manages performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.

    + Mitigates risks and issues.

    + Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.

     

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

     

    This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement, or Project Management, or Finance

    + 1+ years of experience in GOLD or other supply chain procurement systems

    + Must be located in Dallas

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

    + Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).

    + 4+ years’ experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.

    Typical Education/Experience:

    High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Relocation:

    Summary pay range: $56,000 - $80,000
