    As a **Security Officer - Automotive Facility** in **Fremont, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more .

     

    As an unarmed patrol officer at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing excellent customer service, and communicating clearly with visitors and staff. You will contribute to a positive environment by upholding our values of agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and working collaboratively with your team while acting with integrity.

    Pay Rate: $21.45 / Hour

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions depending on the location.

    + Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence during patrols.

    + Document and report any unusual activity or incidents encountered during patrols.

    + Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site procedures.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Customer service experience is preferred.

    + California Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
