Description We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Specialist to join our team in Irvine, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by managing client interactions and handling various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency.

• Utilize CRM systems to maintain and update client records, ensuring data integrity.

• Process financial transactions and reports using accounting software systems such as ADP and Concur.

• Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and answering inbound calls.

• Support the team by managing office operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

• Assist with the preparation and submission of financial documents and expense reports.

• Handle software tools like Dentrix and About Time to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track service quality and identify areas for improvement. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or client support roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and financial tools, including ADP, Concur, and CRM platforms.

• Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities.

• Experience with specialized software such as Dentrix Dental Software and About Time is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
