We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing program during a key period of scale-up and parental leave coverage. This role will be instrumental in managing our site’s Materials Review Board (MRB) process, conducting inspections, resolving quality issues, and ensuring strict adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate will be well-versed in aerospace manufacturing processes, inspection tools, ERP/QMS platforms, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Requirements

Job Scope:

+ 5–7 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience

+ Background in aerospace or fast-paced manufacturing environments

+ Experience with ERP/QMS and PLM tools: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Teamcenter, Jira

+ Hands-on experience processing part transactions and understanding parts flow

+ Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings

+ Familiarity with quality inspection tools and alternatives when standard tools are unavailable

+ Audit experience and working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

+ Excellent attention to detail, ability to anticipate issues, and work through ambiguity

+ Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship management
