Description
We are seeking a strategic, people focused leader to join the company as the Vice president of Human Resources. As a key driver of our company culture and workforce strategy, you’ll oversee all field based HR functions- including engagement initiatives, organizational development, HR compliance, performance management and HR Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). This role partners closely with executive Leadership to align talent and engagement strategies with business goals, ensuring a high performing, engaged and agile workforce across the organization. A VP of HR must be an experienced and skilled detail oriented with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. The goal is to ensure that all HR priorities and initiatives align with the total company vision.
Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute HR strategies that support operational excellence, workforce planning and organizational growth. Serve as a key advisor to the Chief Operations Officer and field leadership on people-related matters. Develop a high performing HR Director team that is focused on the performance and development of the HRBP team across the organization. Build strong partnerships with leadership, field operations and HR centers of excellence. Influence senior leadership through data, insights and strategic counsel. Drive succession planning and leadership development for critical roles across the network. Oversee and guide development and retention strategies for field teams. Foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, accountability and performance. Lead employee engagement strategies and action planning across all company locations. Guide the development and decision making of the HR organization in areas of employee relations and investigations and making recommendations where necessary. Leverage HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions on turnover, productivity and workforce trends. Standardize HR processes across all field locations for consistency and efficiency. Monitor and manage HR budgets and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Understand and ensure Temco’s application and protection of all current employment laws (EEO, Wage & Hour, Labor, ADA, FMLA). Follow any investigations through to appropriate completion. Keep accurate and complete documentation on all issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12 years’ experience in Human Resources, People Culture B.S. in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology or the like with at least 5 years in a senior HR role supporting front line employees. Proven experience in multi-site, high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of employee/labor relations, employment law, and HR best practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 50 Percent travel Requirements: Experience with HRIs systems (Paycom, Workday, etc.) Bilingual is a plus SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
