    We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our thriving insurance company. This vital role will contribute to the company’s success by managing various HR activities, supporting employees, and ensuring that internal processes align with company policies and compliance standards.     Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment and Onboarding:

    + Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.

    + Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a seamless start.

    Employee Relations:

    + Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

    + Support conflict resolution and enforce policies to maintain a cohesive work environment.

    Benefits and Compensation Administration:

    + Assist in administering employee benefits programs (e.g., healthcare, retirement plans).

    + Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures and suggest adjustments as needed.

    Policy Development and Compliance:

    + Ensure company policies are up-to-date and comply with federal, state, and local laws.

    + Address employee performance issues and maintain documentation as required.

    Training and Development:

    + Coordinate professional development opportunities, including reskilling and upskilling programs.

    + Implement mentorship initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities.

    HR Data Management:

    + Maintain accurate records in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) platforms.

    + Generate and analyze HR analytics reports for decision-making purposes.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills Required:

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

    + Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a generalist HR role. Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.

    + Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or equivalent certifications are desirable.

    + Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships across all organizational levels.

    + Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve employee-related issues efficiently and diplomatically.
