Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team in Beverly Hills, California, on a contract basis. In this role, you will support the sales team by ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding client experiences. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales associates with daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.

• Build strong relationships with team members by anticipating their needs and providing proactive support.

• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate client and sales data.

• Handle cash transactions and monitor financial activities with precision.

• Support buying processes and assist in managing inventory as needed.

• Answer inbound calls and address client concerns in a courteous and helpful manner.

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by working closely with colleagues to meet shared goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales assistance and strong background in fine jewelry and/or luxury retail sales

• Familiarity with CRM systems and data processing tools.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Detail-oriented approach and a track record of relevant experience in presenting oneself effectively within a luxury environment.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.

• Previous experience in handling inbound calls and customer inquiries.
