**Boeing Global Services** (BGS) is seeking a **Business Operations Specialist** to join our **Business Operations** team. This position will act as a business integrator supporting the **BGS Director for Strategy & Business Development** in the BGS Cabin, Modifications and Maintenance (CMM) organization.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to help BGS CMM Strategy & BD run their business, manage priorities, metrics, quality improvements, and maintain an integrated operating rhythm.
This position will be based out of **Seattle, WA** and will be onsite five (5) days to support customer requirements.
Duties will include** **(but are not limited to):
+ Supports Leader in various executive and team meetings (internal/external) by ensuring artifacts and agenda required are prepared/approved, meetings are running efficiently, and actions/notes are tracked to completion
+ Delivers outcomes while working in a fast paced, high visibility, ambiguous and ever-changing environment
+ Operationalizes, implements and integrates program business requirements
+ Develops artifacts, presentations and content
+ Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
+ Collects, organizes and provides data and metrics according to established processes within the management system
+ Supports the coordination and clarifies analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business cases
+ Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
+ Coordinates commitments with internal and external organizations for large scale complex plans to fulfill the broad level strategies and ensure organizational alignment
+ Ensures follow up action for issue resolution
+ Manages and updates operating tools (SharePoint, website, file shares, distribution lists, etc.)
Basic Qualifications** ( **Required Skills** / **Experience):
+ Bachelor's degree or higher
+ 5+ years' experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
+ 3+ years' experience working with senior leaders/executives to establish and execute on strategic plans and objectives
+ 3+ years' experience in a previous role where meticulous attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality was paramount
+ Experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
+ Experience developing and reporting performance metrics
+ Highly flexible, adaptable, and resilient
+ Highly intuitive and proactive in anticipating business needs
+ Strong time management, problem solving, and organizational skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, team work, and receptive to feedback
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ Proficient with Microsoft Excel as a data manipulation tool (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charting, etc.) and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Smartsheet)
+ 10+ years experience in leading projects using Program/Project Management and Agile accepted standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK])
+ Knowledge of Enterprise Standard Gated Process

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $93,500 - $126,500
