Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** is hiring a **Mid-Level or Experienced** **Shipside Operations Specialist** to join the F-15 Manufacturing Production Support team located in **Berkeley, MO.

Position Responsibilities:
+ Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization
+ Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data
+ Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues
+ Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues
+ Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items
+ Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates
+ Shipside Operations Specialist works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment
+ 1+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and managing projects
+ Experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci) experience.
+ Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
+ Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
+ Experience using Shipside Action Tracker (SAT)
Level 4
+ 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment
+ 3+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and managing projects
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci) experience.
+ Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements
+ Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
+ Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
+ Experience using Shipside Action Tracker (SAT)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
$72,500 - $97,750 USD (Level 3)
$86,700 - $117,300 USD (Level 4 )
