    Job Description

    Golf Player Service Attendant is responsible for providing the highest level of guest service while maintaining the quality of daily golf operations

    Responsibilities

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

    + Enthusiastic greeting guests as they arrive and assist with setting up golf bags on golf carts

    + Club cleaning, picking range balls from practice facility and transferring clubs to various locations

    + Participate in daily communication stand-up meetings

    + Assist with the coordination of outside services for golf tournaments

    + Ensure consistent presentation according to Omni Hotel standards

    + Assist with the protection of all assets including security of the guest’s golf clubs and rental clubs

    + Responsible for providing continuous detailing and maintenance to the golf course equipment and facility (golf carts, workstation, practice range, emptying trash receptacles, etc)

    PRINCIPAL EQUIPMENT:

    + Golf Cart – must possess valid driver’s license

    + Range Picker

    + Resort Suite (POS and tee time reservation system)

    + GPS

    + Radio with headset

    Qualifications

    + Exceptional guest services skills

    + Outgoing and engaging personality

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Self-motived and team attitude oriented

    + Must be able to work 10-12 hours in a day

    + May be subject to standing on feet for several hours at a time

    + Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs. (golf bag, range bucket)

    + Working knowledge of golf

    + May be subjected to adverse conditions – rain, wind, sun, extreme heat and cold

    + Must be able to operate a golf cart
