    Job Description

    The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for the daily operation of the golf shop.

    Responsibilities

    + Reserving tee times

    + Player check in

    + Tee sheet management

    + Constant communication and coordination with golf service staff

    + Merchandise sales and tending to the needs of all customers that enter the golf shop.

    Qualifications

    + Applicant must have at least 2 years experience in golf operations preferably in a high end resort or public setting and experience with electronic tee sheets and point of sale systems.

    + Applicants need to be very customer service oriented, outgoing and self motivated and able to handle and resolve negative situations.
