Compensation Range: $70,000–$80,000 base + performance bonuses

• What You’ll Do
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the architect of our paid media success—planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on high-performing ad campaigns across Google and Meta. You’ll work closely with our content and leadership teams to align creative strategy with lead gen goals—and deliver real ROI.
• Key Responsibilities
+ Launch and manage Google and Meta ad campaigns
+ Monitor and optimize daily ad performance
+ Test creative, targeting, and copy for lead quality and CPL
+ Provide weekly insights to the marketing team
+ Collaborate with internal creative team for aligned messaging
• What Winning Looks Like
+ Cost-per-lead: Meta ≤ $80; Google ≤ $100
+ ≥ 90% on-time campaign execution
+ 25%+ appointment rate from paid leads
+ Weekly reporting delivered by Monday 10AM
+ Excellent communication with internal stakeholders

+ Have 3–5 years of experience in PPC and paid social ads
+ Are certified in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
