    Job Description

    Responsible for ensuring accurate billing for guest vehicles while providing excellent customer service and a positive experience to all guests. This position does not involve cash handling.

    Responsibilities

    + Handle all cashiering responsibilities.

    + Complete and maintain parking garage forms.

    + Post parking charges to the Opera system.

    + Manage and control guest keys.

    + Create and maintain inventory records.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Previous customer service experience is required, with hospitality experience strongly preferred.

    + Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    + Flexible availability is required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

    + Excellent communication skills are a must.

    + Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, even in inclement weather.

    + Must reside within 50 miles of the hotel.
