Pay: $17.50 per hour plus commission (uncapped).   Job Responsibilities: * Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails. * Work in our call center staffed and managed by the Dealership, and handle our customer contacts, service, follow-up, and lead generation. * Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service, and gauge customer satisfaction. * Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone. * Schedule service and sales appointments and reschedule no show customers. * Contact customers based on current service and sales marketing incentives. * Explain service maintenance plans and offers as needed. * Assisting customers with any service inquiry as needed. * .Provide amazing customer service experience in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership. * Introducing customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealerships service department   Qualifications * Customer service experience at least one year * Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve * Prompt and courteous demeanor * Positive and hardworking personality * Strong computer skills * Must have previous Call center experience  * Valid driver’s license   Benefits * Health, Vision, Dental, Short term disability, Specified disease and Accidental Insurance * 401K Plan & Match * Life Insurance * PTO + sick days * Referral Program * Employee appreciation events * Paid training * Growth opportunities We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
