Primary Job Duties

As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers.

+ Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner

+ Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints

+ Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews

+ Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights

+ Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! SkyWest Customer Service Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. To apply, you only have to meet the following criteria:

+ Be at least 18 years old

+ Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver’s license

+ Have a High School Diploma or GED

+ Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation

+ Flexible schedule required, including availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

+ This is a full-time position, starting at $13 an hour
