Job Description

MSKCC is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of2025 May New Grad Clinical Nurse. Role Overview:

+ Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms within designated inpatient specialities such as but not limited to BMT, Hematology services, Head and Neck, Neuro/Ortho and other various med/surg and/or telemetry units available

+ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

+ Provide patient education and support

+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Key Qualifications:

+ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program preferred

+ New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required

+ EPIC experience preferred

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

+ Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

+ A good decision-maker, with proven success at making timely decisions that maintain high standards of nursing care within the organization.

+ Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

+ Location: 1275 York Avenue, NY, NY 10065

+ Schedule:Full-time 12 hour shifts 7PM-7:30AM with weekend and holiday rotation required

Pay Range:$127,450.00 - $145,450.00.
