Position Summary

• Assist in coordination and preparation of annual and quarterly financial statement filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) including Forms 8-K, 10-Q ,10-K and 11-K, including XBRL disclosures

• Assist with preparation of various footnote support for quarterly and annual SEC filings

• Assist with review and referencing of materials to be used by Investor Relations for public presentations

• Aid in preparation of materials summarizing company financial performance for management and the Board of Directors

• Assist in the annual planning, preparation and filing of the Company’s legal entity GAAP financial statements

• Provide ad-hoc assistance to Senior Managers of Technical Accounting, External Reporting and Consolidation on projects as needed

• Support the periodic review of the Company’s internal documentation with the Internal Audit group and external auditors in support of internal control assessment

• Build and maintain business relationships with colleagues across the enterprise to aid in coordination and documentation required for SEC filings

Required Qualifications

• 2 – 4 years’ work experience within Accounting/Finance

• Detail oriented self-starter with excellent organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

• Understanding of basic project management and time management tools

• Solid base of knowledge of U.S. GAAP

• Proven team player with ability to work with all levels of colleagues, including senior management, peers and subordinates

Preferred Qualifications

• Big 4 Public Accounting Experience a plus

• Certified Public Accountant preferred, or plans to pursue

• Retail, Pharmacy Benefit Management and/or Insurance experience is preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
