Worth metroplex between DFW airport and the Southlake Town Square. About the Job We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR). Primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients, driving them through the early stages of the sales funnel. This role is instrumental in building strong relationships with potential customers and creating a solid pipeline for our sales team. An ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in SaaS B2B/B2C enterprise products for small, medium, and large enterprises. SDRs are the pipeline builders for sales teams, ensuring a steady stream of qualified prospects for account executives to close deals. Qualifications Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers, including enterprises, retailers, and manufacturers, who would benefit from BILT s 3D interactive Intelligent Instructions®. Lead Generation: Execute outbound strategies, including cold calling, personalized email outreach, and social media engagement (e.g., LinkedIn), to generate new leads. Lead Qualification: Assess leads to determine their fit, readiness, and potential for purchase, using BILT s qualification criteria to prioritize high-value prospects. Setting Up Sales Meetings: Schedule and coordinate initial discovery calls or demos between qualified prospects and account executives. Relationship Building: Initiate and nurture early-stage relationships with prospects to build trust and guide them through the sales funnel. Reporting and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), track key performance metrics (e.g., meetings booked, conversion rates), and provide regular updates to the sales team. Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and strategies to optimize lead generation and qualification. Market Feedback: Share insights from prospect interactions to help refine BILT s value proposition and sales approach. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively. Adaptable and eager to learn in a rapidly growing company. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing leads and tracking metrics. Initiative-taker with a proactive, results-driven mindset. Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in 3D technology or customer experience solutions. Expertise with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). · Education: Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). · Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (SaaS or tech industry experience preferred but not required) Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.
