Worth metroplex between DFW airport and the Southlake Town Square. About the Job BILT is hiring a Product Manager to drive the development of user-focused mobile app features for government clients. This role will manage the product lifecycle, balancing stakeholder needs, user experience, and technical feasibility. Due to the requirements of our government contract, this position requires U.S. citizenship. Qualifications Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements for BILT s mobile apps and web app in alignment with government contract goals. Collaborate with UX, engineering, and government stakeholders to prioritize features and deliverables. Manage agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features. Conduct market and user research to inform product decisions. Track KPIs and user feedback to iterate and improve product performance. Ensure compliance with government accessibility and security requirements. Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or mobile app development. Experience with government contracts or regulated industries preferred. Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract stipulations. Technical Skills Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma Analytics: Deep knowledge of any Analytics platform Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and mobile development frameworks. Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (preferred Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, phones, email, and various communication programs (Zoom, Teams, etc.) Current team members are in the office three days a week. Circumstances may necessitate adjustment back to a 4 or 5 days in the office schedule as determined by management. Schedule adjustments may be unique for different teams. This role is based in Grapevine Texas.
