Summary
The Associate Director, Capital Markets works closely with the Chief Investment Officer on projects that support the Real Estate Development and Asset Management goals of BRIDGE Housing. Specifically, working to help advance new construction projects, refinances, and activities associated with managing various debt and equity partnerships.
Responsibilities
• Assist in managing relationships with lenders, tax credit investors, and financial partners throughout the project life cycle. This includes reviewing internal modeling and supporting negotiations and analysis.
• Support data gathering and analysis related to project debt, LIHTC equity, refinances, and re-syndications.
• Support analytics related to BRIDGE Housing’s private equity raise, including tracking of senior debt placement and CRA benefit where applicable to investors.
• Help prepare PowerPoint presentations to support business recommendations and internal updates.
• Assist in reviewing loan and investment documents for key terms and business points.
• Track and organize deal information and internal documentation across various capital markets activities.
• Conduct market research to support financial product development and portfolio strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams across development, asset management, and finance divisions.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for meetings, follow-ups, and documentation tracking.
*This is a hybrid position, with onsite/in office weekly requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in real estate, finance, or affordable housing.
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to real estate proformas or financial modeling is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint; ability to help assemble clear and concise presentations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset.
