Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for boys ages 14-22 in a 1:3 ratio. Located in Rutland, MA. This position is responsible for managing personal hygiene, chores & room care, meals, medication administration, recreation activities, facilitating peer interactions & socialization, working on their treatment goals, and providing transportation for clients, families, or others as assigned.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
+ Must be 21 years of age or older
+ Drivers license required.
+ Minimum Bachelors **OR** 12 years in a supervisory or direct care role can replace the Bachelors Degree
+ Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders **required**
+ Residential supervisory experience _preferred_
+ **2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA**
+ **Schedule following orientation: Monday-Wednesday 3pm-11pm, double Saturday 7am-11pm**
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
