As a Field Service Technician II here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to join our residential weatherization team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery service to our customers. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. Honeywell will provide you with training to fully equip you for the Field Service Technician II role, including the technical skills, safety knowledge, and problem-solving abilities requiredfor the real-world environment.
You will report directly to our Program Coordinator, and you will be travelling to customer sites throughout Northern New Jersey. You will be assigned a company vehicle for business use. You will follow a 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Energy Saving Measures installation
+ Site pressure diagnostics
+ Site combustion safety testing
+ Delivery of field related customer service
+ Delivery of customer education
+ Coordination of work performed with the Program Coordinator
+ Ensure on-site quality, and troubleshooting where needed
+ Deliver program services in a timely, efficient, and thorough manner
+ Ensure the required inventory is obtained and delivered for all required site work
+ Carry all needed tools, equipment, and materials in vehicle to perform all Technician duties

MUST HAVE
+ High School degree or equivalent
+ 1+ year of work experience in skills trades, such as plumbing or HVAC
+ A valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to Honeywell
WE VALUE
+ Some experience providing residential weatherization services
+ BPI (Building Performance Institute) certification
+ Face to Face customer service experience
