Description The AP Specialist will be responsible for activities and operations of the vendor and accounts payable function for the organization. This position will collaborate with other departments in a quickly growing and dynamic organization to enhance AP process automation. Analyzes invoices for accuracy, eligibility for payment and ensures timely payments and filing of vendor invoices. Responsibilities • Reviews coding and entry of PO and non-PO invoices, and posts batches in NetSuite, US and foreign vendors. • Monitors the various dedicated mailboxes for all Subsidiaries. • Prepares accounts payables package (3-way matching) for input into NetSuite including purchase orders, receiving documents, check requests and invoices. • Verifies quantity, pricing and terms by reference to purchase orders, receiving/packing slips. Checks calculations and verifies discrepancies in item receipts with warehouse team. • Assist with implementation of paperless AP system. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications • 2 years accounts payable experience with emphasis in foreign markets preferred. • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system preferred. • College degree strongly preferred with understanding of accounting. Strong organizational skills required. • Strong reconciliation experience required. • Strong communication skills, with emphasis in writing required. • Excel and analytical skills required. • Ability to thrive in a change-oriented, fast paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, oral and written skills. • Ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize multiple requests.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
