    Description

    + Accounts Receivable:

    + Process daily cash applications (lockboxes, wire transfers, credit cards, deposit slips)

    + Maintain supporting documents

    + IPD Accounting:

    + Clear specific IPD General Ledger accounts

    + Manage accounts receivable

    + Inter-Company Billings & Confirmations:

    + Prepare invoices and debit/credit memos for MELCO and affiliates

    + Confirm monthly balances and transactions with affiliated companies

    + Handle billing for common expense allocations

    + Miscellaneous Accounting Duties:

    + Process Aetna insurance policy accounting (daily claims tracking, reconciliation, affiliate billing)

    + Act as backup for other Junior Accountant functions

    + Perform additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + 2–3 years of relevant experience

    + Some college coursework in business and computing preferred

    + Knowledge of computerized accounting systems

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
