Appliance manufacturing company urgently looking for an Accounts Receivable/ Cash Application Clerk to support their team! This position is fully remote, but must align with a PST schedule!
Qualifications:
1 year of accounts receivable
Experience with cash applications
Basic experience with Excel functions
Experience with JD Edward nice to have
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is integral in managing customer payments, processing credit notes, and supporting the setup of new accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities include:
+ Ensure customer payments are accurately recorded and applied according to provided instructions.
+ Address payment discrepancies by contacting customers before finalizing allocations.
+ Prioritize and expedite order releases efficiently, while monitoring pending requests.
+ Maintain and update designated fields within the company’s address book.
+ Collaborate with the credit account manager to confirm changes and resolve uncertainties.
+ Support special initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely completion.
+ Gather essential data for credit limit reviews, including payment history and financial statements.
+ Verify completeness of new account documentation and compile files for processing.
+ Review, process, and validate credit notes within authorization guidelines.
+ Provide additional support to Credit Analysts when needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.44/hr.
