    HIRING FACILITY/RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE/CARPENTRY REPAIR

    Pay: $18-28/hr depending on experience.

     

    1st Shift: Monday-Friday - (occasional weekend when on call)

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist with various rental properties and remodels. You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and addressing a range of residential maintenance tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct residential maintenance, including HVAC systems, electrical outlets, light fixtures, plumbing tasks such as toilets, sinks, and hot water heaters.

    + Maintain and repair AC units, furnaces, boilers, and HVAC systems.

    + Install and repair blinds and perform carpentry work.

    Essential Skills

    + Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.

    + At least 1 year of experience in building or general maintenance, preferably with low voltage electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry.

    + Proficiency in electrical work, plumbing, mechanical repair, HVAC systems, and hydraulics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with drywall, wiring, painting, facility maintenance, and boiler maintenance.

    + Preferred experience of 1+ year in building, general, or industrial maintenance.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.

     

    Direct hire from Day one

    Health, Vision, Dental, Roth match up to 3%

    10 days off per year + 6 Holidays

     

    Company Car while they make calls during working hours, TAKE HOME when on call. Gas card the whole time for company vehicles.
