    Mobile Facilities Engineer – HVAC Specialist

    Job Overview:

    Seeking a skilled **Mobile Facilities Engineer** to oversee maintenance operations across multiple locations in **Dallas, TX** . This role primarily focuses on **HVAC systems** , ensuring facilities remain operational, efficient, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have extensive HVAC experience and the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance tasks effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage **HVAC maintenance** across multiple locations.

    + Ensure facilities remain **turnkey and fully operational** .

    + Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

    + Serve as the **primary point of contact** for maintenance inquiries.

    + Plan and oversee **work orders and maintenance schedules** .

    + Prioritize maintenance challenges and implement solutions.

    + Conduct **preventive maintenance** to extend equipment lifespan.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications:

    + **5+ years of HVAC experience** with strong troubleshooting skills.

    + Expertise in **maintenance practices, plumbing, and electrical work** .

    + **EPA Universal certification** required.

    + Ability to manage **work orders via tablet or computer** .

    + Valid **driver’s license** with willingness to travel up to **2 hours daily** .

    + Experience overseeing **operations across multiple locations** .

    Work Environment:

    This is a **mobile role** , requiring travel between multiple locations in **Dallas, TX** . Candidates must be comfortable managing facilities remotely while maintaining a hands-on approach to maintenance and repair.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
