The CM Area Manager role is a senior-level leadership position within Construction Management Group, focused on water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Southern California (Costa Mesa, Los Angeles, San Diego). This is a full-time, onsite role with high visibility and strategic impact. 🔑 Key Focus Areas & Daily Responsibilities Lead and mentor a regional team of Construction Managers, Resident Engineers, and Inspectors. Oversee multiple large-scale projects (>$15M), ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage P&L for the area’s construction management operations. Build and maintain long-term client relationships and drive business development. Collaborate with internal units to align construction execution with company goals. Enforce safety, compliance, and internal process standards (e.g., OSHA, contracting rules). The pay range for this position is $170000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
