    The CM Area Manager role is a senior-level leadership position within Construction Management Group, focused on water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Southern California (Costa Mesa, Los Angeles, San Diego). This is a full-time, onsite role with high visibility and strategic impact. 🔑 Key Focus Areas & Daily Responsibilities Lead and mentor a regional team of Construction Managers, Resident Engineers, and Inspectors. Oversee multiple large-scale projects (>$15M), ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage P&L for the area’s construction management operations. Build and maintain long-term client relationships and drive business development. Collaborate with internal units to align construction execution with company goals. Enforce safety, compliance, and internal process standards (e.g., OSHA, contracting rules).
