    • About the Role

     

    As the California Transportation Market Leader, you’ll take charge of business growth, client engagement, and operational excellence across the state. You’ll lead a team of Client and Delivery Leaders, build deep relationships with public agencies and municipalities, and drive the pursuit of major transportation infrastructure projects.

     

    • Key Responsibilities

    + Lead strategic business development and expand market share across California

    + Serve as a trusted advisor to key transportation clients and agency partners

    + Oversee project delivery, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction

    + Mentor and grow a high-performing team aligned with a collaborative, people-first culture

    + Manage financial performance, risk, and long-term pipeline forecasting

    • What You Bring

    + 12+ years in transportation project leadership, including 5+ years in a senior or strategic role

    + Proven track record of winning and delivering transportation projects in California

    + Strong relationships with Caltrans, MPOs, and local agencies

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field

    + PE license in California (or ability to obtain)

    + Business acumen in sales forecasting, P&L, and operational strategy

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $250000.00 - $325000.00/yr.
