Superintendent – Lead with Purpose, Build with Excellence

As a Superintendent, you’ll be at the forefront of our field operations, driving project success through hands-on leadership and strategic oversight. You’ll manage multiple Foremen and craft professionals, ensuring that every phase of construction meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

You’ll be responsible for:

+ Leading field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity

+ Coordinating work methods, schedules, and cost controls to meet project goals

+ Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards

+ Building strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors

+ Mentoring and developing Junior Superintendents to grow future leaders

+ Managing contract administration, labor rates, and change orders

+ Driving project completion plans and overseeing job cost updates and cash flow

+ Conducting performance evaluations and recommending organizational improvements

What You Bring

+ 5+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role

+ Proven success in water/wastewater treatment plant projects

+ Strong background in mechanical/process systems and cast-in-place concrete

+ Experience with municipal/public works and self-performing general contractors

+ Proficiency in RFI management, change orders, and scheduling tools like Primavera P6

+ TWIC certification and refinery experience are a plus

+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
