Actalent is looking to bring on a motivated and eager Construction Project Manager for a multiple commercial clients. They have 10+ projects running at one time and they need someone who can manage a project from inception to completion. We are looking to bring on someone with commercial construction renovation or fit out experience. We offer flexibility, benefits and a great opportunity to work with a stable, long term client.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage handoff from pre-construction team, establish and drive schedule, bid process, draft and award contracts

+ Compile and plan budget, cost estimates, and other financial estimates

+ Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors

+ Develop construction project with architect, engineers, and trade workers

+ Order and manage materials and equipment

+ Provide internal reporting and projections for inventory

+ Oversee and supervise construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments

+ Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met

+ Ensure all project participants understand project goals, assumptions, constraints, and deliverables

+ Provide superior client service to internal and external clients

+ Supervise Site Superintendents and delegate work to administrative team

+ Must be willing to learn and master Procore construction management software

+ Manage construction administration through closeout

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
