CNC Machinist

Monday to Thursday, 6am-4:30pm (1 Opening)

Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 Opening)

Pay: $27-$35 (Depends on experience)

Job Description

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team, with openings available for both weekday and weekend shifts. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machine tools including milling machines, drill presses, and lathes. You will work with HAAS CNC Machines in a manufacturing environment, ensuring precision and efficiency in all tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate machine tools such as milling machines, drill presses, and lathes.

+ Work with HAAS CNC Machines and handle horizontal milling.

+ Maintain tight tolerances of +/-0005".

+ Perform 2-10 set ups and changeovers per day.

+ Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or height gauges.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience with CNC Machining in a manufacturing environment.

+ Comfortable working with tolerances of +/-0005".

+ Experience in setting up and operating machine tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Mastercam Programming experience (Can pay up to $38hr with this skill set)

+ Experience with Trumpf on punch press, drill press, and laser.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
