Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range ofrepair and maintenance tasks across our facilities, with a strong emphasis oncarpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and painting. The ideal candidate willbe a hands-on problem solver with a proactive approach to facility upkeep and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform routine and emergency maintenance on building systems and infrastructure.
+ Conduct repairs and installations in carpentry (e.g., doors, drywall, cabinetry).
+ Troubleshoot and fix plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
+ Handle basic electrical work such as replacing outlets, light fixtures, and circuit troubleshooting.
+ Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
+ Collaborate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance with demonstrated skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
+ Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and work orders.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $73000.00/yr.
