    GENERAL PRODUCTION WORKER $18/HR TO $24/HR ASAP!!!

     

    Job Description: We are hiring Operator Assistants for two roles: Inspector/Stacker and Tuber Stacker.

    Job 1:** **Inspector/Stacker

    + Check adhesives, folds, printing, counts, and for tears/loose ends.

    + Follow work instructions.

    Job 2:** **Tuber Stacker

    + Read orders and change knives/setups.

    + Change paper and clean machine valves.

    + Assist the operator and stay at the machine.

    Responsibilities

    + Inspect products for proper adhesives, folds, printing errors, and correct bundle counts.

    + Check for tears or loose ends and follow specific work instructions.

    + Change knives and setups, change paper, and clean machine valves.

    + Assist operators and maintain presence at the machine at all times.

    Skills & Qualifications

    + Preferred: 6 months of production experience (not required).

    + Must pass a reading test.

    + Strong attendance is crucial.

    + Must be okay with overtime (OT). Signing up and not showing impacts attendance points.

    + Positive attitude.

    + Comfortable with repetitive tasks.

    + Steel toe boots required (available at Walmart for $20-30).

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rosemount, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
