Job Title: CNC Mill Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mill Machinist to join our team on the second shift, starting at 2:30 pm. You will be responsible for operating milling machines to produce parts and components according to technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

+ Operate milling machines (Horizontal or Vertical, 3 or 5 axis) to produce parts and components as per technical drawings and specifications.

+ Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency.

+ Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience operating milling machines.

+ Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

+ Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with machine setup and calibration.

+ Ability to inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.

+ Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Knowledge of ITAR regulations.

+ Ability to pass a 4-panel oral tox screening.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing machine shop, where you will be involved in machining operations using state-of-the-art equipment. The work environment emphasizes safety and cleanliness, offering a structured setting for focused work and collaboration.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tustin, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
