    Senior** **Manufacturing Associate

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team as a Manufacturing Associate, where you will engage in diverse and challenging tasks within the manufacturing sector. This position involves essential functions such as machining, mixing and curing processes, cleaning processes, and general array assembly. You will also support manufacturing engineering for transducer operations and engage in new process development to support new product introduction.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform machining tasks including dicing, grinding, and milling.

    + Execute mixing and curing processes for acoustic matching layers, backing block formulations, adhesives, and epoxies.

    + Conduct cleaning processes such as plasma etch, vapor degreasing, ultrasonic, and aqueous cleaning.

    + Assemble general arrays including stack-bond, lens, cable, and test components.

    + Engage in metallization through thin film deposition.

    + Support manufacturing engineering for transducer operations.

    + Develop new processes to support new product introductions.

    + Initiate and support product and process improvements using lean and Six Sigma methods to improve quality, cost, and delivery metrics.

    + Ensure adherence to the company's quality system requirements.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device manufacturing.

    + Familiarity with thin film deposition processes and equipment, preferred.

    + Experience with industry-standard cleaning processes such as aqueous and plasma etching, preferred.

    + Proficiency in dicing and precision machining processes and measuring equipment, preferred.

    + Experience in acoustic measurement of materials, preferred.

    + Strong PC skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and CAD.

    + Strong scientific approach to problem-solving, including Six Sigma and DOE.

    + Strong analytical abilities.

    + Ability to carry 20-40lbs with or without accommodations.

    + Capability to stand for extended periods throughout the day.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with surface-level soldering.

    + Familiarity with GMP, production, assembly, and transducer manufacturing operations.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $56160.00/yr.

     

    Starting wage of $27.00/hr. + $0.50 raise after 6 months of service

    4% automatic Company contribution

     

    Fujifilm matches 50 cents for every dollar you contribute, up to 6% of your salary

    Paid Time Off:

    Employee Choice Holidays:

    Four (4) additional paid days off, based on date of hire in the calendar year
