Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Job Description

The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory entry, coordinating with customers, and organizing office files. This role is crucial in supporting the General Manager and the production floor.

Responsibilities

+ Manage inventory entry and ensure accuracy.

+ Coordinate with customers to fulfill orders and address inquiries.

+ Organize and maintain office files for easy access and retrieval.

+ Support the General Manager and production floor operations.

+ Utilize Excel for data entry and inventory management tasks.

+ Ensure effective scheduling and coordination of shipments.

+ Handle bills of lading and purchase orders efficiently.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Excel and data entry.

+ Experience in a production environment.

+ Strong organizational and scheduling skills.

+ Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, and inventory control systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Clerical experience.

+ Experience with general office duties.

+ Knowledge of work orders and shipping processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
